Wholesale Plush Toys & Stuffed Animals from China

10,000+ styles. MOQ from 50 pcs per design. Full FOB quotes — no hidden markup.

We source plush toys directly from the factory clusters in Yangtze River Delta (Huzhou, Nantong, Yiwu) و Chenghai, Shantou — the two production bases that supply nearly every plush toy sold in Europe and North America. Our buyers get one consolidated shipment, mixed designs, inspected before it leaves the warehouse, and shipped DDP to your door or straight into your Amazon FBA allocation.

Plush is one of the few toy categories where the factory price and the shelf price differ so much that a sourcing agent changes your margin, not just your convenience. That gap comes from who controls the fabric, the filling, the stitching and the freight — which is exactly what we sit between.

Plush Toys Wholesale — Product Range

Every line below is available in bulk, in mixed designs, and with your branding. Sizes are the real specification here — a 7-inch bear and a 30-inch bear are not the same product, so we quote by size tier, not by name.

دمية دب قطيفة

دمية دب قطيفة

The volume seller in every assortment. Available 5"–48", short pile and long pile, with knitted or fleece sweaters. The most common customization is a logo sweater or a printed belly band, which avoids putting your brand on a seam that buyers dislike.

أرنب قطيفة

Rabbit & Bunny Plush

Pastel long-ear, flop-ear and sitting styles. Strong year-round, peaks hard at Easter. Belly band and ear-tag branding work better here than a chest print, because the chest area is usually left plain on rabbit designs.

دمية ديناصور قطيفة

دمية ديناصور قطيفة

Green T-rex, triceratops and brachiosaurus, from 8" shop-window size to 60" ride-on versions. Also the fastest-moving plush category on claw machine and carnival prize channels — worth carrying even if your main channel is gift retail.

قطة قطيفة

Dog & Cat Plush

Realistic breeds, cartoon breeds and "life-like" plush with synthetic fur. Dog is the bigger of the two by volume. Pet-memorial customisation — a photo-reproduced face on a 12" dog — is one of our highest-margin lines and needs no mould.

Agriculture & Vegetable Plush

Strawberry, carrot, broccoli, avocado, corn. Cheaper to make than animals, high perceived value in gift baskets and seasonal assortments.

دمية يونيكورن

Unicorn & Fantasy Plush

Metallic horn, rainbow mane, reversible sequin bodies. Unicorns are no longer a spike, but pastel fantasy characters in the same style still sell. Sells to birthday parties, gift sets and claw machines.

تنين قطيفة

تنين قطيفة

Soft-sculpted wings, contrast colours, and the 2024-on fantasy-dragon wave. Pairs well with dinosaur in a themed retail display at almost no extra merchandising cost.

حيوان بحري محشو

حيوان البحر القطيفة

Whale, octopus, jellyfish, turtle, manta ray. Strong for aquarium gift shops, marine parks and coastal retail. Recycled-polyester fabric versions are available for buyers under an ESG or sustainability policy.

Food Plush

Donuts, cupcakes, sushi, ice cream, pizza slices. Mostly sold as gift sets and party favours. Ask for the food-safe foam and PE insert option if these are going near children under three.

Character & IP-Style Plush

Plush built to resemble a specific character, without carrying the trademark. Buyers typically supply a 2D reference and our designers produce a 3D sample. Important: we only take this work when the buyer owns or has licensed the character. We do not produce knock-offs, and asking us to will end the conversation.

Transform Plush

Reversible & Transform Plush

Plush pillow that opens into a blanket, double-sided sequin, reversible hoodie plush. Higher unit cost, noticeably higher retail price, and the sort of item that earns shelf space instead of competing with it.

Keychain & Mini Figure Plush

2"–4" PVC and plush keychains. The lowest MOQ in the whole catalogue — some run from 500 pcs — and the right entry point for a seller testing whether plush works in their store at all.

Jumbo & Giant Plush

Over 24", up to 72". Event and promotional use: mall openings, brand activations, carnival prizes, photo booths. Note these are bulky even vacuum-packed, so freight usually decides whether they work.

Plush Pillow

Plush Pillow & Cushion

Everyday home-softness product rather than a gift item. Better repeat-purchase economics for a retail buyer, and it moves outside the toy aisle, which helps your category spread.

Seasonal Plush

Holiday & Seasonal Plush

Christmas, Halloween, Easter, Valentine's, Mother's Day. Seasonal lines need ordering 4–5 months ahead; late-season orders get leftover stock from other buyers, which is cheaper but means no design control.

Activity Toys

Educational Plush & Activity Toys

Plush with a function — talking, vibrating sound module, magnetic blocks, activity cubes. The electronics raise compliance requirements (battery directives, FCC where relevant) and we flag that before sampling.

Baby & Toddler Safety Plush

Designed for under-three: embroidered eyes rather than plastic, short pile to avoid shedding, no detachable parts. Needs full EN71-1/-2/-3 testing on the finished sample. Lower price, stricter documentation — both are true at once.

Plush Gift Sets

Plush Gift Sets & Packing Sets

Two to five pieces in a printed box or polybag — the format most gift retailers and claw machines actually buy. If your customer buys a gift rather than a toy, this is the SKU.

Photo-Custom Plush

Pet Memorial & Photo-Custom Plush

A custom plush made from a customer's photo, delivered as a memorial keepsake or a birthday gift. Handled as a small-batch item rather than a container order, and it is the highest markup per unit in this catalogue.

Promotional Plush

Corporate & Promotional Plush

Logo plush for events, employee gifting and brand merchandise. Usually custom rather than catalogue. We quote these separately from wholesale assortment orders.

Why Buyers Source Plush Through TonySourcing

We are a sourcing company working from Yiwu and Shantou since 2012, with direct links to 5,000+ verified factories across ten wholesale markets. More than 200 buyers in over 40 countries have sourced toys through us — importers, wholesalers, retail chains, Amazon and Shopify sellers, and private-label brands. One account manager handles one client, from the first quotation to the container leaving the yard.

Two production bases, one order

Chenghai (Shantou) for the classic stuffed animals, Huzhou and Nantong for the super-soft and crystal-super-soft lines, Yiwu for accessories and gift-box sets. Most buyers only ever see one of these. We quote across all three in a single run, so your catalog is not limited to what one cluster happens to make.

MOQ from 50 pcs per design

Not per order — per design. A first order typically lands at 100 designs × 200 pcs, which is roughly one 20GP container. This is the number that matters for a new brand: you test a real assortment instead of betting the container on one SKU you have never sold.

Vacuum compression, 70% volume cut

Plush is the worst category on dimensional-weight freight — a 20GP stuffed with bears may hold only a third of its cube volume in product. We run vacuum compression that removes the air, cutting volume by up to 70%. On a typical order this is the single largest cost saving in the whole shipment, and it is why factory-direct plush usually beats trading-company quotes on landed cost even when the FOB number looks similar.

Compliance handled before production, not after

ASTM F963 and CPC for the US, EN71 and CE for the EU, UKCA for the UK. We start the test plan at sample approval so the report covers your actual fabric and filling, not a generic one. Existing reports are re-checked against your current factory and materials before we let a repeat order through.

6 Ways to Put Your Brand on Plush

Branding is the cheapest margin lever in plush, and the most common mistake is picking the method by price instead of by where the logo has to sit. Here is what actually works.

1. Woven label

Sewn into the seam or into the crotch area. Best for: retail-grade products where you need the brand visible but not dominant. Highest perceived quality, no tooling cost, survives washing. Costs slightly more per unit than printing and takes no extra production time.

2. Printed hangtag

Your own die-cut card on a plastic loop. Best for: gift retail and claw machines. Very low cost and completely flexible — no MOQ penalty, can change every season. Needs your own tag artwork.

3. Screen print on the body

Direct to the pile. Best for: large flat areas on a white or light-coloured plush — bellies, feet, back panels. Costs roughly nothing at volume but has a screen setup charge per design, so group your prints onto as few styles as possible.

4. التطريز

Best for: premium positioning and anything a corporate gift buyer will hold. Highest perceived value per cent spent. Works best on a sweater, hoodie or vest rather than directly on dense pile, where the logo gets lost.

5. Custom clothing

Knitted or sewn garments made for the plush — sweaters, hoodies, capes, scarves. Best for: teddy bears and rabbits. This is the strongest branding play available in plush: it raises the retail price noticeably and buyers consistently report that a dressed bear outsells a naked one from the same shelf.

6. Full custom from your design

You supply a 2D drawing, blueprint or photo; our designers produce a 3D sample. Best for: brand-owned characters and pet replicas. Highest MOQ and longest lead time of the six methods, but this is the only one that gives you something a competitor cannot buy.

How to choose: catalogue plush with brand recognition → woven label and hangtag. Gift or promotional programme → custom clothing. Trying to build a distinct character → full custom. Screen printing only makes sense once you have enough units to amortise the screens across several styles.

Plush Sizes, MOQ and Freight

This is the table buyers ask for and rarely get a straight answer on. Size drives everything downstream — unit price, units per container, and freight per piece.

مقاس Typical product MOQ per design FOB range (USD) Units per 20GP (vacuum-packed) Typical use
2″–4″ (5–10 cm) Keychains, mini figures, finger puppets 500-1000 قطعة 0.35 – 0.90 30,000 – 60,000 Claw machines, party favours, impulse
6″–8″ (15–20 cm) Baby plush, first-season gift 500 قطعة 0.90 – 1.80 8,000 – 12,000 Retail shelf, pharmacy, Christmas gifting
10″–12″ (25–30 cm) Teddy bear, dog, cat — the classic size 300–500 pcs 1.60 – 3.20 3,500 – 5,000 Gift shops, e-commerce, the default choice
14″–18″ (35–45 cm) Dressed bear, premium line 200-300 قطعة 2.80 – 5.50 1,600 – 2,400 Higher-ticket gift, interior homeware
20″–24″ (50–60 cm) Large teddy, dinosaur, unicorn 100-200 قطعة 4.50 – 9.00 700 – 1,100 Retail display, gift sets, mid-price
30″–48″ (75–120 cm) Jumbo plush, ride-ons 50–100 pcs 12.00 – 28.00 180 – 350 Promotions, mall events, carnival prizes
60″–72″ (150–180 cm) Giant display plush 20–50 pcs 35.00 – 70.00 40 – 80 Brand activations, photo booths

Read the last column before you plan. A 30″ plush at USD 9.00 may earn more per unit than a 12″ at USD 2.40, but one 20GP holds about 350 of them instead of 4,000. Landed cost per piece is the only number that should drive the assortment decision — and it is the number a factory quote hides from you.

How Your Plush Order Runs

  1. Brief and target market — You tell us the destination market, retail channel and price band you need to hit. Market determines fabric, filling and packaging, so this changes the quote more than the design does.
  2. Quotation with real FOB numbers — We quote FOB Ningbo/Shantou/Shenzhen with the specific fabric and filling named, so you can compare it against another factory’s quote on equal terms. Commission is 5–8% of order value, stated on the quote rather than buried in it. FOB prices shown on this page are the working range we see on current orders, not a marketing figure.
  3. Catalogue selection — You pick from our 10,000+ style catalogue, or send reference images for a custom development. We flag designs that will not hold up in your market before you commit.
  4. Sample and approval — Existing catalogue designs sample in 5–7 days. Fully custom designs run 15–25 days because of the pattern and the 3D build. You approve a physical sample, not a photograph.
  5. Compliance testing — Testing starts at sample approval so the report covers your actual materials: ASTM F963 + CPC for the US, EN71-1/-2/-3 + CE for the EU, UKCA for the UK. Roughly USD 800–2,500 depending on material count, per factory, not per order — so a repeat order from the same factory is free.
  6. Production and inline inspection — 7–20 days after sample approval depending on size and order volume. We check stitching density, filling weight, colour against the approved sample, and label accuracy before packing.
  7. Consolidation and pre-shipment inspection — Designs from different factories are brought into our warehouse, re-checked together, and vacuum compressed. This is where a two-factory order becomes one clean shipment instead of two problem shipments.
  8. Shipping and delivery — Ocean FCL for volume orders, air express for small or time-critical ones, DDP or DDP-to-FBA if you want it delivered rather than shipped. Documents prepared and handover photos sent before the container leaves.

كيف هو سوق الجملة للألعاب القطيفة؟

Is Plush Toys Wholesale a Good Margin Category?

Short answer: yes, but not for the reason most sellers expect. The margin is not in the plush — it is in the freight and in the assortment.

Why the unit price is misleading. Factory-direct FOB on a 12″ bear might be USD 2.40 while a trading company quotes USD 3.20. That USD 0.80 gap looks like the whole story. It is not, because plush ships by volume, not weight: a 20GP of bears may hold only a third of its cube in product, and dimensional-weight freight charges you for the air inside. Vacuum compression removes roughly 70% of that. On a full container this is typically USD 800–2,000 saved — frequently more than the trading-company margin, which is why the factory-direct quote is usually the cheaper landed quote even when the FOB numbers look worse.

Why assortment beats focus in plush. Plush has no repeat-purchase mechanic. Nobody buys the same bear twice, so your sales depend entirely on how many designs your shelf holds. The typical strong assortment is 100+ designs, which is why the MOQ structure matters more than any single price: MOQ per design lets you test 100 designs at 200 pcs each and find the ten that actually sell. Suppliers who quote MOQ per order force you to put your whole container into one guess.

Where the margin actually is. Three places, in order of size: custom clothing on a catalogue bear (raises achievable retail price with no tooling cost), pet-replica plush made from a customer’s photo (highest markup per unit, and it needs no mould), and jumbo promotional plush (larger ticket, sold by volume to event buyers rather than by unit).

Where buyers get burned. Colour drift between the approved sample and the production run is the most common complaint in this category, and it is almost always a specification problem — a fabric named in writing rather than a physical swatch carried through production. Second is under-filling: plush feels premium when it is dense, and the saving is invisible in a quote. Ask for filling weight in grams, not “premium filling”.

What is moving right now. Pastel fantasy characters have replaced unicorn spikes. Photo-realistic dog plush with breed-specific coats outperforms cartoon dogs in gift channels. Plush pillows and reversible blanket-plush moved out of the toy aisle into general homeware, which helps category spread. And jumbo plush for events is the fastest-growing channel we supply, because branded activation spend has outgrown the activation-decor budget.

Wholesale Plush Toys — Frequently Asked Questions

MOQ is per design, not per order — typically 50–200 pcs for a standard size, and 500–1,000 pcs for 2″–4″ keychain items. A normal first order is around 100 designs at 200 pcs, roughly one 20GP container. Because designs can be mixed into one shipment, you test a real assortment instead of committing a container to a single design. If you need a specific quantity that does not fit these numbers, tell us the design and quantity and we will tell you honestly whether it is workable.

FOB ranges from USD 0.35 for a 2″–4″ keychain to USD 70 for a 72″ giant display plush. The most common sizes sit at: keychains USD 0.35–0.90, 6″–8″ USD 0.90–1.80, 10″–12″ USD 1.60–3.20, 14″–18″ USD 2.80–5.50, 20″–24″ USD 4.50–9.00. Custom development carries a tooling charge on top. These are the ranges we are working with on current orders, quoted by size tier rather than by product name — the same 12″ bear can move USD 0.40 depending on fabric, filling and order quantity, so treat these as the bracket to plan against, not as a price list. Our commission is 5–8% of order value and appears on the quotation, so you can compare our FOB number directly against a factory’s own.

Yes. We supply against ASTM F963 + CPC for the United States, EN71-1/-2/-3 + CE for the European Union, and UKCA for the United Kingdom. Testing is planned at sample approval so the report covers the fabric and filling you are actually ordering. One important detail: certificates are issued per factory and material combination, so the first order from a new factory carries the testing cost (roughly USD 800–2,500) while repeat orders from that same factory do not. Existing reports are re-verified against your current materials before we release a repeat order. If you are selling on Amazon US you will also need the CPC specifically — see our Amazon CPC guide or the full ASTM / EN71 / CE reference.

Yes, six ways, and which one you pick matters more than what it costs: woven label for premium retail, printed hangtag for gift and claw channels, screen print on the body for light-coloured plush at volume, تطريز where a corporate buyer will hold it, custom clothing on a teddy bear or rabbit — the strongest option available and the one that most reliably lifts your achievable retail price — and full custom from your own artwork if you need something a competitor cannot buy. Branding costs apply per design, so grouping a single print across several styles lowers it considerably. Send your artwork in any format and we will tell you what the realistic minimum is.

Three ways. First, vacuum compression, which removes the air from the fill and cuts volume by up to 70% — on a full container this is usually the largest single saving in the order, often more than the gap between our FOB price and a competitor’s. Second, consolidation: designs from different factories are brought together in our warehouse and shipped as one consignment, which also spreads customs and documentation cost over more units. Third, the right mode — ocean FCL for volume, air express for small or deadline-driven orders, DDP if you want landed cost fixed before you commit. Freight is quoted by actual cube, so tell us your target retail price and we will tell you honestly which sizes fit.

Samples from catalogue take 5–7 days; a fully custom sample takes 15–25 days because of pattern work and the 3D build. Production runs 7-20 يومًا after sample approval, driven mostly by size — a 30″ plush takes considerably longer to fill and stitch than a 6″ one. Add ocean transit (roughly 25–40 days to Europe and the US East Coast) or air express (about 7 working days). Seasonal and holiday lines should be ordered 4–5 months ahead; later orders get other buyers’ leftover stock, which is cheaper but comes with no design control.

Yes. We prepare FBA shipments as part of the order: SKU barcode printing and application, FBA carton labels, suffocation-warning bags for baby plush, and DDP delivery to fulfilment centres in the US, EU and Australia. We also handle the compliance paperwork Amazon requires before stock is released for sale, which is where most FBA toy shipments get held up. If you have not sold plush before, tell us — we will tell you whether FBA is the right channel for your unit economics or whether wholesale to a retailer is the better first move.

We add 100+ new styles every two months, following international retail trends, claw-machine bestsellers and TikTok-driven plush interest. Seasonal themes — Christmas, Halloween, Easter, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day — are developed ahead of each season rather than in it. Across the whole catalogue we carry 10,000+ plush designs. If you want the current catalogue with prices and sizes, request it below.

A factory sells you one design from one production line. A trading company buys from several factories and resells. The quoted unit price can look similar, but the difference shows up in three places. Assortment — one factory is one specialisation, so a factory-only relationship means your catalog is narrow. MOQ structure — factories quote MOQ per design, which is flexible; trading companies often quote per order and push you toward their own bestsellers. Freight — because plush ships by volume, the difference in cube utilisation between a consolidated load and separate factory shipments is often the largest cost line in the order. We are a sourcing agent, not a factory: we take a لجنة 5–8%, quoted openly, and our leverage is exactly this consolidation.

Get Your Plush Toy Catalog & Quotation

Tell us the destination market, the retail channel and the retail price band you need to hit — that is enough for us to send a relevant catalogue and a real FOB quote. If you are not sure on sizes or styles yet, say so; that is a normal place to start.

Useful to include: target country, target unit price or retail price, quantity, and whether you want catalogue items, logo customisation, or a fully custom design.
